Zinnia - Giant Dahlia Flowered Mix

Grandma's garden was once brimming with Zinnias, and it's easy to see why. These gorgeous Cut and Come Again blooms will fill your garden with colour, pollinators, and joy.

These flowers resemble dahlia's and are a classic blend of yellow, rose, scarlet, green, orange, pink, red, purple, coral, orange, and gold mostly in full double blooms, but a few semi-double and single varieties may appear. These gorgeous flowers love the heat and are highly attractive to pollinators, particularly butterflies. 

Sow and grow your own and it won't be long before Zinnias are filling your garden with joy and your vases with blooms.

Height 70-90cm with blooms up to 10-15 cm across!

Sowing and Growing

Sow: October/November-December - when the weather warms up, sow seeds direct in a prepared well-drained and fertilised garden bed about half a centimetre deep. Needs full sun, or as sunny a spot as possible. 

Zinnias will start to flower in January and produce well for many months.
